蒸汽热水锅炉排气时应注意的问题
　　Problems to be noticed in exhaust of steam hot water boiler
　　(1)排放前，锅炉水位应调整到略高于正常水位。在排水量方面，密切监控水位，防止因燃气锅炉缺水而造成污水排放。放电后，管子里没有水的声音。过一会儿，用手摸一下下水道。如果温度过高，则意味着排水阀没有密封好，必须找出原因它。
　　(1) Before discharging, the boiler water level shall be adjusted to slightly higher than the normal water level. In terms of drainage, the water level shall be closely monitored to prevent sewage discharge due to water shortage of gas boiler. After discharge, there is no sound of water in the pipe. 　　(2)根据勤工出料、少出料、均匀出料的原则，每班少出料一次。燃气蒸汽锅炉的燃烧机,两个回归结构,燃料燃烧充分,锅炉运行稳定、占用更少的空间,与此同时,烟管插入扰流,降低排气速度,增加传热,锅炉热效率高,降低用户成本,当锅炉有很多污水管同时,所有污水管放电。如果只有一部分排放，而另一部分长时间不排放，会降低炉水质量，或堵塞部分污水管道。它甚可以破坏水循环，导致管道爆炸。当多个锅炉同时使用排污管时，禁止同时排水，以防止污水回流到相邻的锅炉。

　　(5)地流量调节操作通过调节阀的开启来实现，其数值由水箱水质测试结果来确定。蒸汽热水锅炉定期排放可以使锅炉水质达到标准要求，保持良好的水质，减缓或防止结垢，保证蒸汽热水锅炉的使用效果。
