    燃气锅炉与燃煤锅炉使用有什么不一样?

    1、燃烧方式

    循环流化床燃煤锅炉是将煤通过破碎设备,经皮带进煤仓,通过给煤机利用播煤风,撒入炉膛;通过循环灰加热,流态化燃烧过程。而煤改气后将焦炉煤气和驰放气混合合由四个燃烧器喷入直接燃烧。

    3、通风方式

    燃煤锅炉一般采用负压燃烧,基燃烧过程是由鼓风机和引风机的配合配合的配合来共同完成,煤在燃烧过程中,需要大量的空气,而由于炉墙烟道的漏风,过量空气系数可达2.1-2.5之间。燃气锅炉采用微正压或微负压燃烧,需要的风量小,在燃烧器内空气能较好的与天然气预混。微正压燃烧没有炉墙和烟道的漏风因素,运行中烟道出口空气系数可为1.05-1.2。

    燃煤锅炉燃烧,炉膛不易发生爆炸危险。而燃气锅炉在爆炸浓度界限内,遇到明火就会发生爆炸。危险性较大。

    5、锅炉自动控制

    燃煤锅炉由于受到煤种、料层厚度、鼓风量、引风量、风煤配比等原因,要做到根据负荷来自动调节锅炉运行参数的难度大。而燃气锅炉所受影响因素较少,可根据负荷调节燃烧器阀门大小,容易实现自动控制。
