    电采暖炉噪音大的方法有哪些?

    1、提高风机装配的精 确度

    选用低噪声的传动装置,采用合适的叶轮形状和降低叶轮转速均可减少运转时噪声,特别是大容量燃气电采暖炉,安装时没有缓冲垫运行时产生的机械噪声及由于风机装配精度不高、机组运转时不平衡的产生的冲击噪声与磨擦噪声高强度地从进气口、排气口、管道、调节阀、机壳以及传动机械等各部位辐射出来,引发高频尖叫声。

    2、改变喷嘴形状减少噪声的产生

    燃气从喷嘴高速射流出来,与四周静止的空气之间产生强烈的扰动与动量、质量交换而形成噪声。试验得知,合理设计喷射口距离,防止射流相互干扰使射流起始段的特性发生变化,可以有效减少燃烧噪声。设应采用多孔喷嘴,降低燃气的压力和喷嘴的出口流速,不仅可减少射流噪声,而且还可降低燃烧噪声。

    喷嘴流出的燃气向相对静止的气体中扩散时,气流方向和流束截面突然变化,会引起很大的噪声。喷嘴有毛刺或孔口粗糙不圆时,气流经喷嘴收缩便产生偏位噪声。燃气压力越高,偏位噪声越大。所以,设喷嘴的径长比一般取1∽2、喷嘴收缩角取60度方为合适,加工时保证加工精度及光洁度,将可大大减少产生噪声。

    从燃气比例控制阀出口到喷嘴前的气路应园角过渡,保证气流通畅,不会引起燃气比例控制阀内的平衡组件振动,引发气流扰动从而产生噪声。另外,燃气比例控制阀上盖的阻尼孔是用来调节空气量,除了保证阀门起到降压和稳压作用外,还起到降低和控制噪声传播的作用,因此在使用过程中不能受堵塞。

    引射器工作时,如果混合管粗糙或有毛刺,气流通过时将产生噪声。另外,装配喷嘴时,其出口截面到引射器的喉部应有一定的距离且喷嘴线与混合管线应一致,否则将导致偏移或交角过大,这样不利于一次空气的吸入也会产生噪声。
