    燃气锅炉如何降低热损失?

    降低燃气锅炉各项热损失应采取以下措施电磁感应锅炉

    (1)降低排烟热损失:应控制合理的过量空气系数;减少炉膛和烟道各处漏风;制粉系统运行中尽量少用冷风和消 除漏风;应及时吹灰、除焦,保持各受热面,尤其是空气预热器受热面清洁,以降低排

    (3)降低机械不完全燃烧热损失:应控制合理的过量空气系数;保持合格的煤粉细度;炉膛容积和高度合理,燃烧器结构性能良好,并布置适当;一、二次风速调整合理,适当提高二次风速,以强化燃烧;炉内空气动力场工况良好,火焰能充满炉膛。

    (4)降低散热损失:要维护好锅炉炉墙金属结构及锅炉范围内的烟、风管道,汽水管道,联箱等部位保温。降低排污热损失:保证给水品质,降低排污率。
    (4) Reduce heat loss: maintain the metal structure of boiler wall and the thermal insulation of flue gas, air pipe, steam water pipe, header and other parts within the scope of boiler. Reduce the heat loss of sewage: ensure the quality of water supply, reduce the sewage rate.

    1、热效率高:采用器、冷凝器与锅炉一体式结构,充分吸收烟气排放余热和汽化潜热,热效率比普通炉型高10%以上;
